The Evangelina Restaurant is open only on the evening 7/7 from 6:30 pm to delight your taste buds with oceanic flavours. We will introduce you to a gourmet and generous cuisine, based on local fish, local limousine meat and shrimp, prepared by our team with exotic inspirations.  The originality brought to our dishes makes our reputation throughout New Caledonia.

Our customers love breakfast and for good reason! Our Pastry Chef and Baker, who fell in love with Koné and his surroundings, decided to put down his bags and bring us his know-how. In our workshops, we manufacture pastries, rolls, mies, brioche, madeleines, cookies... and much more!  
Finally, our Bar rich with its local Rum and cocktails, offers all kinds of Mojito. Come to test the Mojito with strawberries or passion fruit of New Caledonia!  A delight.
